At Tube 2016 3R solutions will demonstrate the advantages of combining automated pipeshop solutions in with an integrative software framework.
The goal is to streamline process-planning for increased efficiency of prefabrication and process-tracking.
3R-designed pipeshop solutions focus on coordinating the process flow from production engineering and process planning all the way to installation.
The goal is to ensure a continuous fabrication without idle times, due to automated transport, optimised nesting and full software integration. The software framework not only generates work packages that make optimal use of each machine’s capacities, but can also provide extensive documentation and tracking options for each spool in fabrication.
In addition to integrative solutions 3R offers a wide variety of standalone software applications, like the RONIIsoBuilder CAD platform, the RONIKolli7 bending simulation software and the RONIDraftboard mobile drafting platform.
German- and English-speaking staff will be available at the 3R booth throughout the duration of Tube 2016 in order to answer any questions regarding the use of software and automation to optimise fabrication processes for tube and pipe fabrication.
